She was also on the Elon Varsity Dance Team during her freshman year. For the first two summers of college, Caitlyn attended the Broadway Theatre Project in Tampa, FL where she took master classes and trained in dance, voice, and drama. She also attended the Rockette Summer Intensive at Radio City Musical Hall in NYC in 2009. Caitlyn was trained mostly in ballet and pointe, modern and contemporary, jazz, theatre dance, tap, and voice. She was also certified in the Pilates Mat I Sequence through Lauren W. Kearns. Caitlyn graduated from Elon in May 2010, magna cum laude, with a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography. She is currently a member of Kearns dance project and Virginia Freeman-Dupont’s contemporary modern dance company in Burlington.
