Rachel Sandford danced competitively at the Dance Attic for 15 years before moving on to pursue a degree in Dance Studies at Appalachian State University.  She has won numerous awards for her routines including highest score of the day.  She is a board member for the dance crew Entropy at ASU and has choreographed for both Entropy and Momentum dance club.  She has also performed in both the Fall and Spring Appalachian Dance Ensembles.
